Northern Scents will manually calculate your purchase after the receipt of the online order form.

Northern Scents is a business, officially registered in Canada, and located in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.

Payment Terms
We accept VISA and Money Orders. To pay by Visa you must call us with your information, or print a copy of your order, write your payment information on the order, sign it, and fax it to us. Your purchase will be processed manually, and a receipt will be included with your order.
You may also pay by mail with a money order. Please make money orders payable to Northern Scents. Please email us or call if you have any additional questions.

Currency
Orders will be invoiced in Canadian dollars. The final amount of your purchase will be confirmed with shipping and tax (if applicable) within 48 hours or as soon as possible by e-mail, fax or phone.

Taxes
No taxes are applicable on orders to destinations outside Canada. Orders placed within British Columbia are subject to PST. All orders are subject to GST (#87786 7515 RT 0001). Any applicable taxes will be calculated upon the receipt of your order form.

Shipping by Canada Post
Northern Scents ships within Canada only.
Shipping and handling costs are determined by the weight of your order and the speed required. Most orders can be delivered within one week. If the order form is not complete when you submit it (ex. payment information, contact information, etc.) there will be a delay while we retrieve the necessary information. We strive to process all orders within 4 days. Most orders will be shipped 48 to 72 hours after receipt of payment. All orders will be confirmed by email, fax or telephone. Please double-check to make sure you are submitting the correct mailing address.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on the weight of a package and the distance it is traveling. We don't charge shipping based on the dollar value of the merchandise you are buying. If you have a preferred method of shipping other than Canada Post, please specify it in the 'Comments' section of the order form.

Our Minimums
There is no minimum order. The exception may be on wholesale accounts, and is stated on the wholesale page.

Back orders
We work hard to keep stock in inventory. However we do not accept back orders. Please reorder out of stock items with your next order. You will be notified by e-mail within 24-48 hours if the item you wish to order is out of stock.

Damage Claims
If a package is damaged on arrival, please report to Canada Post and call or e-mail us immediately. Let the Canada Post driver or office know if damage is apparent at time of delivery and make sure the driver makes a note it on their copy of the paperwork.

Returns
We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization. Items returned without authorization number will not be refunded. We charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items. We do not accept returns of fragrance or essential oils after delivery has been accepted.

Wholesale Applications
Wholesale applicants must have a valid business license, and be willing to fax us a copy ((250) 614-7211), and fill out a short questionnaire if you're applying for access. For first time buyers, there is a $200 minimum order. We reserve the right to deny you access.

Our Privacy Policy
At Northern Scents, we respect your personal privacy. We will not release your name, street address, telephone number, e-mail address or any other information. We use the information we collect about you to process orders only.
